All orders are processed within 3-4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

**2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:**
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

(Note: Actual delivery times may vary depending on location.)

**3. International Shipping:**
We currently do not offer international shipping outside 

**4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:**
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking numbers once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 5 hours.

**5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:**
 TRILLY STUDIOS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

**6. Damages:**
 TRILLY STUDIOS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
